I was surprise to discover that the majority of scenes featuring Katsuki and Izuku childhood included their, or better, Bakugou’s little gang.

There are only a few scenes where they are alone(I think 3?), so we can’t really tell how close they were before the bridge incident.

I also need to point out a thing since the nickname Kacchan is getting hate lately(for whatever reason but I guess that people hating on it are anti-bkdk):

Izuku isn’t the only one who calls him Kacchan, all his childhood friends do.

Izuku is just the only one who never stops calling him Kacchan, since his friends call him by first name:

So come on, hating on the nickname Kacchan just because Deku uses it it’s really stupid.

These guys call Katsuki by his first name while they call Izuku by his last name, despite him being part of their gang in the past which makes me wonder if they ever considered him their friend or if he was just an outcast that followed Katsuki.
